Kashmer.net Directory
A directory developed by RagingSmurf Technology Group and designed by KKSEO. The directory
was built to test 100% xml built technology for directory structures. Because the site is running off xml
there is no database which stores all the listings.

Sale Mapping Software
KKSEO has been working with this site for quite sometime now.
We wanted to open the doors on mapping software incorporated in with site services, and also runs
without a database.
This software uses Google maps to plot garage and yard sales in a designated region. Also built in is a very cool semi automated mailer that will send sales to subscribers if those sales are signed up in the system. The admin has the ability to pull up the current list of subscribers, generate a pre-populated template and send out at any designated time.
The software also includes an address search feature which allows users to search by address to find the closest garage sales.
